The Nine Frameworks
Three movements — from the foundations of leadership, to the capability of organizations, to the endurance of the enterprise.
The Nine Frameworks give the philosophy a working structure. They are presented as a journey rather than a catalogue, because each one hands something to the next: the reasoning discipline of the first group becomes the organizational capability of the second, which becomes the endurance of the third.
They are not a methodology. Each framework is a way of holding a question that leaders already face, and none of them produces an answer on its own.
