Why InnoDepth exists {#why}
Leadership has outgrown its old maps. The problems that reach a senior leader today are rarely the ones that analysis alone can settle; they arrive already contested, already urgent, and already carrying consequences for people the leader will never meet.
Most advisory work begins with answers. InnoDepth begins with judgment — the capacity to see clearly, weigh honestly, and decide soundly when the situation refuses to simplify itself.
Mission and vision {#mission}
The institution was built around a body of thought, not a portfolio of services. Its purpose is to remain useful across decades: to leaders navigating complexity today, and to the organizations they leave behind.
Its long-term aspiration is that the philosophy outlives the practice that produced it — that the frameworks continue to be useful to leaders who never met their author.
Founder and steward {#founder}
The philosophy is stewarded by its founder, whose perspective was shaped over four decades of leadership across China, Europe, and the United States. The institution, however, was designed to be larger than any one person: a way of thinking meant to outlast its origin.
